Rental Policies
Beachside Boat & Bait, LLC is open from April 15th to October 15th, each year. You will get the watercraft on beautiful Pewaukee Lake, clean and full of fuel. We will supply the life vests and orientation on safe use of the watercraft. After your day of fun and adventure you will return the boat to the dock. Rental hours are Mon-Fri any 4 or 8 hours between business hours and Sat-Sun any 8 hours between business hours (unless arranged otherwise). Rentals that are returned late will be charged $40.00 per 15 minute increments.
Renters must be 21 years old, have a valid drivers license, and a valid credit card. Renters 30 years or younger must have a Boaters Safety Certificate to operate motorized watercraft. Passengers under the age of 18 will need legal guardian to sign a Minor Release Form.
When booking a pontoon boat customers will receive a full refund or credit with a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the rental period will forfeit the entire deposit or may receive a credit to use at a later date. No-shows will forfeit the entire deposit. Contact us by phone 262-695-2628 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. July 4th policy, no refund of deposit or transfers for any rentals.
Pontoon rentals require a $400.00 credit card damage deposit/$100 for all other watercraft.
Beachside Boat & Bait LLC is not responsible for weather. If your rental period is rained out prior to your departure you will be able to reschedule a different rental period in the future depending on availability. There will be no refunds given due to weather conditions. Likewise, Beachside Boat & Bait is not responsible for closed lakes due to high water conditions you will be able to reschedule your rental period for a later date. No refunds will be given due to closed lakes.
The renter is responsible for all damages and losses.
A minimum cleaning charge of $50.00 will be charged if the rental equipment requires cleaning (i.e. – Trash left in the watercraft, etc.).
Fuel and tax are not included in rental rates. The watercraft comes full of fuel. The renter will be charged for the fuel that is used.
